AMRAP Cardio Resistance Band

AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 200 Meter Run
  • 15 Resistance Band Pull-Aparts
  • 10 Burpees
  • 15 Air Squats

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes. Keep a steady pace on the runs and push yourself on the bodyweight movements. Adjust the resistance band tension as needed to challenge yourself. Have fun and keep moving throughout the workout!
