Rounds-for-Time Cardio Resistance BandFor Time:
- 50 Double-Unders
- 40 Air Squats
- 30 Push-ups
- 20 Resistance Band Pull-aparts
- 10 Burpees
Equipment: Resistance Band
Time Cap: 10 Minutes
Instructions: Perform the exercises in order, completing all reps before moving on to the next movement. The resistance band pull-aparts should be challenging but doable with proper form. Keep a steady pace throughout to finish within the time cap.
