AMRAP Cardio Resistance Band

AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 200m Run
  • 15 Resistance Band Thrusters
  • 15 Burpees

Instructions:
- Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes.
- Use a moderate resistance band for the thrusters.
- Push yourself on the runs and aim to maintain a steady pace throughout the workout.
