  • 100 Air Squats
  • 50 Push-ups
  • 100 Sit-ups
  • 50 Burpees

Equipment: Resistance Band


Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Instructions: Complete all reps of each movement before moving on to the next. Use a resistance band for assistance with pull-ups if needed.
