For Time Gymnastics Resistance BandFor Time:
- 50 Pull-ups
- 100 Air Squats
- 50 Push-ups
- 100 Sit-ups
- 50 Burpees
Equipment: Resistance Band
Time Cap: 20 Minutes
Instructions: Complete all reps of each movement before moving on to the next. Use a resistance band for assistance with pull-ups if needed.
