AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Resistance Band Pull-ups
  • 15 Resistance Band Thrusters
  • 20 Resistance Band Rows

Instructions:
- Attach the resistance band securely for each movement to ensure safety and effectiveness.
- Scale the number of reps if needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
- Keep a steady pace and push yourself to complete as many rounds as possible within the time cap.
