AMRAP 15 minutes:


  • 10 Deadlifts
  • 15 Box Jumps
  • 20 Push-ups

Equipment:
- Resistance Band


Notes:
- Use a moderate weight for the deadlifts that allows for unbroken sets.
- Scale box jump height as needed for safety.
- Maintain proper form on push-ups throughout the workout.
