Resistance Band: Medium
Time Cap: 12 Minutes.


Instructions: Perform 21 Deadlifts, 21 Push-ups, and 21 Band Pull-aparts, then 15 of each, and finally 9 of each, in sequence for time. Use a medium resistance band for the pull-aparts. Choose a weight that challenges you for the deadlifts. Time cap of 12 minutes for completion.
