For Time Gymnastics Resistance Band

For Time:


  • 50 Air Squats
  • 40 Push-ups
  • 30 Sit-ups
  • 20 Pull-ups
  • 10 Handstand Push-ups

Equipment: Resistance Band


Instructions: Complete each movement in order for time. Use the resistance band for assistance on the pull-ups if needed. Scale the handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or push-ups if necessary. Time cap: 15 minutes.
