Tabata Gymnastics Resistance Band

Tabata Style:


  • 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds
  • Complete the following movements:
    1. Push-ups
    2. Air squats
    3. Burpees
    4. Plank hold

Equipment: Resistance Band


Instructions:
- Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement.
- Complete 8 rounds in total, alternating between the 4 movements.
- Score is total reps completed across all 8 rounds.
- Focus on maintaining good form and intensity throughout each round.
