  • 100 Air Squats
  • 50 Push-ups
  • 100 Sit-ups
  • 50 Burpees

Equipment: Resistance Band for Pull-ups


Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Instructions: Make sure to maintain good form throughout all movements and break up the reps as needed to keep a steady pace. Push yourself to finish as quickly as possible while still maintaining proper technique.
