  • 50 Double Unders
  • 40 Resistance Band Pull-Aparts
  • 30 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches (50/35 lbs)
  • 20 Toes-to-Bar
  • 10 Handstand Push-Ups

Time Cap: 12 Minutes


Notes: Perform pull-aparts with a resistance band for shoulder stability and strength. Scale handstand push-ups to hand-release push-ups if needed.
