  • 50 Resistance Band Pull-Aparts
  • 40 Air Squats
  • 30 Resistance Band Rows
  • 20 Weighted Lunges (holding dumbbells)
  • 10 Deadlifts

Notes:
- Use a resistance band with appropriate resistance for each movement.
- Choose a challenging weight for the weighted lunges and deadlifts.
- Time Cap: 12 minutes.
