Tabata Skill Resistance Band

Tabata Circuit:


  • Resistance Band Pull-Aparts x 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off
  • Resistance Band Rows x 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off
  • Resistance Band Bicep Curls x 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off
  • Resistance Band Tricep Extensions x 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off

Skill Focus:
- Focus on maintaining tension throughout the entire range of motion for each movement.
- Keep a strong core and proper form to get the most out of the resistance band exercises.


Instructions:
- Complete each exercise for 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest.
- Rest 1 minute between each exercise.
- Focus on quality of movement over speed.
- Adjust the resistance band tension as needed to challenge yourself.
