EMOM x 20:


  • 10 Resistance Band Thrusters
  • 10 Burpees

Instructions:
- Every minute on the minute, perform 10 resistance band thrusters and 10 burpees.
- Rest the remainder of the minute before starting the next round.
- The workout is completed after 20 rounds total.

- Resistance Band


Notes:
- Scale the reps if needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
- Focus on proper form for both movements to prevent injury.
