For Time:


  • 50 Band-Resisted Push-ups
  • 40 Band Pull-aparts
  • 30 Band-Resisted Air Squats
  • 20 Band Pull-throughs
  • 10 Band-Resisted Deadlifts

Resistance Band: Use a medium to heavy resistance band for all exercises
Time Cap: 12 Minutes.


Note: Ensure proper form and tension on the resistance band for each movement. Adjust resistance as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
