For Time Weightlifting Resistance BandFor Time:
- 50 Band-Resisted Push-ups
- 40 Band Pull-aparts
- 30 Band-Resisted Air Squats
- 20 Band Pull-throughs
- 10 Band-Resisted Deadlifts
Resistance Band: Use a medium to heavy resistance band for all exercises
Time Cap: 12 Minutes.
Note: Ensure proper form and tension on the resistance band for each movement. Adjust resistance as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
