AMRAP Skill Resistance Band

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Pull-ups
  • 20 Resistance Band Thrusters
  • 30 Double-unders

Instructions:
Perform as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes. Use a resistance band for the thrusters to add extra challenge and skill work to the workout. Make sure to maintain proper form throughout all movements to prevent injury.
