AMRAP Weightlifting Resistance Band

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Deadlifts
  • 15 Push-ups
  • 20 Band Pull-Aparts

Equipment needed: Resistance Band


Instructions: Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 10 Deadlifts, 15 Push-ups, and 20 Band Pull-Aparts. Use a challenging resistance band for the pull-aparts to work on shoulder stability and strength. Keep a steady pace and focus on maintaining good form throughout the workout.


Scoring: Count the total number of rounds and reps completed within the 15-minute time cap.
