EMOM Weightlifting Resistance Band

EMOM x 12:


  • Odd Minutes: 5 Deadlifts + 5 Toes-to-Bar
  • Even Minutes: 10 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches

Equipment:
- Resistance Band
- Dumbbell


Instructions:
- Perform 5 Deadlifts and 5 Toes-to-Bar on the odd minutes, then rest for the remainder of the minute.
- On the even minutes, complete 10 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches and rest for the rest of the minute.
- Repeat for a total of 12 minutes. Adjust weights as needed to maintain proper form throughout the workout.
