  • 50 Resistance Band Pull-Aparts
  • 40 Resistance Band Rows
  • 30 Resistance Band Push-ups
  • 20 Resistance Band Bicep Curls
  • 10 Resistance Band Tricep Extensions

Instructions: Perform each exercise in order, completing all reps before moving on to the next. Use a resistance band that challenges you but allows for proper form. Time cap: 12 minutes.
