- 40 Resistance Band Rows
- 30 Resistance Band Push-ups
- 20 Resistance Band Bicep Curls
- 10 Resistance Band Tricep Extensions
Instructions: Perform each exercise in order, completing all reps before moving on to the next. Use a resistance band that challenges you but allows for proper form. Time cap: 12 minutes.
