- 20 Resistance Band Pull Aparts
- 10 Burpees
Equipment: Resistance Band
Instructions: Complete the prescribed reps of each movement in order as fast as possible. The resistance band pull aparts should be done with a band of medium resistance. Time cap is 15 minutes.
