  • 20 Resistance Band Pull-Aparts
  • 10 Handstand Push-Ups

Time Cap: 12 Minutes


Instructions: This workout is designed to test your cardiovascular endurance, upper body strength, and core stability. Make sure to maintain proper form throughout all movements, especially during the push-ups and handstand push-ups. If you are unable to do handstand push-ups, modify to pike push-ups or regular push-ups. Have fun and push yourself to finish within the time cap!
