AMRAP Cardio Resistance Band

AMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 200 meter Run
- 15 Resistance Band Pull-ups
- 20 Air Squats
- 10 Burpees


Notes:
- Use a moderate resistance band for the pull-ups to challenge yourself.
- Push the pace on the runs to maximize rounds.
- Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
