For Time Skill Resistance Band

For Time:


  • 50 Band Pull-Aparts
  • 40 Air Squats
  • 30 Push-ups
  • 20 Burpees
  • 10 Strict Pull-ups

Resistance Band: Use a light to medium resistance band for the pull-aparts.


Time Cap: 10 Minutes.


Instructions: Perform all movements in order, completing all reps of each movement before moving on to the next. Keep a steady pace throughout to achieve the best time possible.
