AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Deadlifts
  • 15 Push Press
  • 20 Box Jumps
  • 25 Sit-ups

Equipment:
- Resistance Band


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 10 deadlifts, 15 push press, 20 box jumps, and 25 sit-ups. Use a resistance band for any assistance needed during the movements. Keep a steady pace and focus on proper form throughout the workout.
