For Time Gymnastics Resistance BandFor Time:
- 50 Pull-ups
- 100 Air Squats
- 50 Push-ups
- 100 Jumping Lunges
- 50 Sit-ups
Equipment: Resistance Band
Instructions: Complete all reps of each movement before moving on to the next. Use a resistance band for assistance on pull-ups if needed. Time cap: 20 minutes.
