  • 30 Resistance Band Pull-aparts

Equipment: Resistance Band
Time Cap: 12 Minutes


Instructions: Perform each movement in order, completing all reps before moving on to the next. Use a resistance band that provides a challenging but manageable level of resistance for the pull-aparts.
