For Time:


  • 50 Double-Unders
  • 25 Push-Ups
  • 40 Air Squats
  • 20 Pull-Ups
  • 30 Sit-Ups
  • 15 Burpees

Equipment:
- Resistance Band for Pull-Ups


Instructions:
Complete each exercise in order for time. Use the resistance band for the pull-ups. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity. Time cap: 20 minutes.
