- 50 Double-Unders
- 25 Push-Ups
- 40 Air Squats
- 20 Pull-Ups
- 30 Sit-Ups
- 15 Burpees
Equipment:
- Resistance Band for Pull-Ups
Instructions:
Complete each exercise in order for time. Use the resistance band for the pull-ups. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity. Time cap: 20 minutes.
