AMRAP Cardio Resistance Band

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Burpees
  • 15 Resistance Band Pull-Aparts
  • 20 Air Squats
  • 200m Run

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 10 burpees, 15 resistance band pull-aparts, 20 air squats, and a 200m run. Keep a steady pace and push yourself to move quickly through each movement. Adjust the resistance band tension to challenge yourself but maintain proper form. Have fun and push your limits!
