EMOM Weightlifting Resistance Band

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • 5 Deadlifts
  • 5 Hang Power Cleans
  • 5 Front Squats

Equipment:
- Resistance Band


Instructions:
Complete the specified reps of each movement within a minute, resting for the remainder of the minute. Use a challenging weight for the deadlifts and front squats, and focus on form and speed for the hang power cleans. Adjust weight as needed to maintain proper technique throughout the workout.
