  • 40 Resistance Band Rows
  • 30 Resistance Band Bicep Curls
  • 20 Resistance Band Tricep Extensions
  • 10 Resistance Band Shoulder Press

Instructions:
- Use a resistance band with appropriate resistance for each movement.
