  • 50 Pull-ups
  • 100 Air Squats
  • 30 Handstand Push-ups
  • 50 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches (50/35)

Equipment:
- Resistance Band for pull-ups


Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Instructions:
Complete the reps for each movement in order, moving as quickly and efficiently as possible. Modify the movements as needed to maintain proper form and intensity throughout the workout.
