Rounds-for-Time Skill Resistance BandFor Time:
- 50 Band Pull-Aparts
- 40 Air Squats
- 30 Push-ups
- 20 Sit-ups
- 10 Burpees
Resistance Band: Use a light to medium resistance band for the pull-aparts.
Instructions: Complete each exercise in order, moving as quickly as possible with good form. This workout focuses on bodyweight movements and shoulder stability with the band pull-aparts. Time cap is 12 minutes.
