EMOM Weightlifting Resistance BandEMOM for 20 minutes:
- 5 Deadlifts
- 5 Hang Power Cleans
- 5 Front Squats
Resistance Band: Use medium resistance band for all movements
Barbell: Choose a weight that allows for unbroken sets
Instructions: Perform the complex of Deadlifts, Hang Power Cleans, and Front Squats every minute on the minute for a total of 20 minutes. Focus on maintaining good form and consistent pacing throughout the workout.
