For Time Cardio Resistance Band

For Time:


  • 50 Air Squats
  • 40 Jumping Lunges
  • 30 Push-ups
  • 20 Burpees
  • 10 Pull-ups

Equipment: Resistance Band


Instructions: Complete all reps of each movement before moving on to the next. Use the resistance band for assistance on the pull-ups if needed. Time cap is 20 minutes.
