  • 20 Push-ups
  • 30 Air Squats
  • 40 Mountain Climbers

Skill Focus: Efficient transitions between movements


Notes: Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Focus on maintaining proper form and breathing throughout the workout. Use a resistance band for assistance on the pull-ups if needed.
