Rounds-for-Time Weightlifting Resistance Band

For Time:
- 20 Deadlifts
- 30 Push Press
- 40 Front Rack Lunges
- 50 Band Pull-Aparts


Barbell: #135 / #95
Resistance Band: Medium
Time Cap: 12 Minutes.


Instructions: Complete the prescribed number of repetitions for each exercise in order as fast as possible. The resistance band pull-aparts should be done with the band held at shoulder width and pulled apart until fully extended. Keep a steady pace throughout the workout to finish under the time cap.
