For Time:


  • 50 Band Pull-Aparts
  • 40 Band Rows
  • 30 Band Good Mornings
  • 20 Band Face Pulls
  • 10 Band Overhead Presses

Resistance Band: Any resistance level
Time Cap: 12 Minutes


Instructions: Perform all the reps of each movement before moving on to the next. Make sure to maintain proper form throughout each exercise to avoid injury.
