AMRAP Cardio Resistance BandAMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 200 meter Run
- 15 Resistance Band Pull-ups
- 20 Air Squats
- 10 Burpees
Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes. Scale the resistance band pull-ups to ring rows if needed. Keep a steady pace throughout the workout and push yourself to move quickly between movements.
