AMRAP Cardio Resistance Band

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 200 meter Run
  • 15 Resistance Band Pull-ups
  • 20 Air Squats
  • 10 Burpees

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes. Scale the resistance band pull-ups to ring rows if needed. Keep a steady pace throughout the workout and push yourself to move quickly between movements.
