AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 200m Run
  • 15 Resistance Band Pull-ups
  • 20 Air Squats
  • 10 Burpees

Instructions:
- Perform as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes.
- Use a resistance band that challenges your pull-up strength.
- Push yourself on the runs to keep the intensity high throughout the workout.
