For Time Skill Resistance BandFor Time:
- 50 Double Unders
- 40 Air Squats
- 30 Push-ups
- 20 Pull-ups
- 10 Handstand Push-ups
Equipment:
- Resistance Band
Time Cap: 12 Minutes
Instructions: Complete the reps for each movement in order as quickly as possible. Use the resistance band for assistance on the pull-ups if needed. Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or push-ups as necessary.
