For Time:


  • 50 Double-unders
  • 25 Push-ups
  • 40 Air Squats
  • 20 Pull-ups
  • 30 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches
  • 15 Burpees

Equipment:
- Resistance Band


Time Cap: 12 Minutes.


Notes: Make sure to scale the movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout. The resistance band can be used for assistance in pull-ups if necessary.
