  • 50 Resistance Band Pull-Aparts
  • 40 Air Squats
  • 30 Push Press (using resistance band)
  • 20 Burpees
  • 10 Deadlifts (using resistance band)

Time Cap: 12 Minutes


Instructions: Perform each movement with intensity and focus on maintaining proper form throughout the workout. Make sure to scale the movements as needed to maintain safety and efficiency.
