AMRAP Weightlifting Resistance BandAMRAP 20 minutes:
- 10 Deadlifts
- 15 Push-ups
- 20 Air Squats
- 25 Sit-ups
Equipment: Resistance Band
Instructions: Perform as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes, moving through each exercise with good form and technique. Use a resistance band for added difficulty on the push-ups if needed. Keep a steady pace throughout the workout and push yourself to complete as many rounds as possible within the time cap.
