EMOM Skill Resistance BandEMOM x 12:
- Odd Minutes: 10 Push-ups with Resistance Band
- Even Minutes: 10 Air Squats
Skill Focus: Focus on maintaining good form and engaging core muscles throughout each movement.
Instructions: Alternate between the push-ups with the resistance band and air squats every minute on the minute for a total of 12 minutes. The goal is to complete each set within the minute and use the remainder of the minute as rest before starting the next set. Adjust band resistance as needed to challenge yourself.
