EMOM Strength Resistance Band

EMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd minutes: 10 Resistance Band Pull-Aparts
- Even minutes: 10 Resistance Band Rows


Instructions:
- Use a light to moderate resistance band for both movements.
- Focus on proper form and full range of motion throughout the workout.
- Rest for the remainder of each minute after completing the designated reps.
- Scale the number of reps if needed to maintain intensity.
