For Time Skill Resistance BandFor Time:
- 50 Resistance Band Pull-Aparts
- 40 Air Squats
- 30 Burpees
- 20 Push-ups
- 10 Toes-to-Bar
Equipment: Resistance Band
Instructions: Perform each exercise in order for the prescribed reps as quickly as possible. The resistance band pull-aparts should be done with control to work on shoulder stability. Time cap is 12 minutes.
