  • 10 Deadlifts (185/135 lbs)
  • 15 Box Jumps (24/20 in)
  • 20 Russian Twists with Resistance Band

Notes:
- Choose a resistance band that challenges your core stability but allows you to complete the reps with good form.
- Scale the weight of the deadlifts and height of the box jumps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
