AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 10 Deadlifts
  • 15 Pull-ups
  • 20 Sit-ups
  • 25 Air Squats

Equipment:
- Resistance Band


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes. Use a resistance band for assistance on the pull-ups if needed. Keep a steady pace and focus on maintaining good form throughout the workout.
