  • 5 Deadlifts
  • 10 Push-ups
  • 15 Band Pull Aparts

- Resistance Band


Notes:
- Choose a challenging resistance band for the pull aparts to really feel the burn in your shoulders.
- Focus on maintaining good form throughout each movement, especially as fatigue sets in.
