EMOM Strength Resistance BandEMOM x 15:
- 5 Deadlifts (using Resistance Band)
- 10 Push-ups
- 15 Air Squats
Instructions:
- Set up a Resistance Band securely for the deadlifts.
- Each minute on the minute, complete the prescribed reps of deadlifts, push-ups, and air squats.
- Rest for the remainder of the minute before starting the next round.
- Focus on maintaining good form throughout each movement.
- Adjust the resistance band tension to challenge yourself appropriately.
